Making a Purchase

The ordering process we have established is very simple. After you have selected the product, you will need to click the "Buy Now" button in order to go to checkout page. There you will need to review the "Order Summary" and fill in the form with your order information. This is all you have to do to complete your order and we will take care of the rest.
To complete a ordering for someone else, simply type in his or her name instead of yours for customer name. Use the billing address for the credit card you are using as the address.
Yes, you can contact us from Contact Form section with details of your products details.
We can confirm orders within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). For orders with that period, you can still contact us from Contact Form section.
These are the status messages for your orderings. When you are checking your ordering status from My Order section these messages will appear indicating the progress of your request. Here are what they mean:
  • Request Pending: When a ordering request is sent, it is Request Pending before being handled by our staff.
  • Request Processing: Request is being handled by our ordering staff.
  • Payment Outstanding: You must either provide/update your payment information (credit card, and etc.) in order to proceed with your request.
  • Payment Processing: Your payment is being handled by our staff before finalizing your request.
  • Finalized: Your order request is finalized.
  • Cancelled: Your request has been cancelled. The cancellation may have been initialized from your cancellation request or from automated cancellation due to non-payment.
  • Credit Card Failed: The credit card you provided can not be charged either because the card information is not correct or your card has insufficient funds.

Confirmation of Order

We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your ordering. This email will include your ordering details. The time it takes for the confirmation is different for Instant Confirmation and On Request orderings.
For Instant Confirmation purchases, your product is instantly reserved and your order will be finalized after we make an additional check. This process usually takes less than 12 hours.
For On Request purchases, we need to manually check availability from the inventory. We inform you regarding the availability within 24-72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).

Amendment or Cancellation

How can I return the items ?
You can return the items with the same delivery company. Once we receive the items, we will issue refund to your credit/debit card.
You can cancel your order within 30 days of confirmation. All you need to do is visit "My Order" section and request a cancellation.

The rate is always per product and includes taxes..
We do not charge any additional fee other than the price you see on the product selection page and shipping costs (where applicable). This is the final price you will pay including tax.
